2025 E.L.I.T.E. Preseason Scrimmage

The E.L.I.T.E. (Encouraging Learning in Technology and Engineering) Preseason Scrimmage is a new event hosted by members of Team 48 (Team E.L.I.T.E.), Ohio's oldest FIRST® Robotics Competition team.
The scrimmage is an unofficial tournament that provides participating teams with an opportunity to test and evaluate their robot's performance while competing with other robots under tournament-like conditions. Additionally, the scrimmage will give team members a chance to rehearse and refine the procedures and techniques that they will use throughout the competition season.
Weekly Training, Build, and Practices Sessions
At the Great Lakes Science Center
In addition to the team meetings held at their schools, the member teams of the Great Lakes Science Center's Robotics Initiative also hold joint training, build, and practice sessions several times each week inside the Rockwell Automation Robotics Room and the TransDigm Group Learning Center located at the Great Lakes Science Center in downtown Cleveland (Ohio).
